Images Wedding Photography was started in 1992 by Jim Dean.   Jim served in the U.S. Army for over 24 years as a military photographer, photojournalist and television production specialist, gaining much experience while working at the Pentagon and White House during his six year tour there. 

During that time Jim also freelanced for studios photographing weddings and embassy receptions in the Wash DC area.  He offers over 35 years experience. as his first wedding as a professional was in 1972.   He has studied under and attended many seminars by some of the great wedding and portrait photographers in the country, including Monte Zucker, Bill Stockwell, Jack Curtis, Rocky Gunn, Gary Fong, and Joe Craig.

"Our approach  is unobtrusive and fun!  We shoot a more documentary style while understanding the importance of group photography of special family and friends. However, we don't want to turn your wedding day into a 6 hour portrait session. We're happy to provide you as many or as few formal posed photos as you like, and at the same time quietly document the excitement, emotion and details of your special day."

We work without time limits and our pricing is very competitive for the Florida market.  We offer two photographer coverage and use special lighting at indoor receptions and for the formal photographs.
